Step 1: Access Your Profile
1. Log in with your registered Email and Password.
2. You’ll land on your Profile Dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Job Section
1. Go to the Jobs section from the sidebar.
2. Click on the specific Job Card for which you want to generate a candidate report.
3. You’ll be redirected to the Job Preview Page, where you’ll see three tabs:
- Job Profile
- Interviews
- Candidates
Step 3: Open the Candidates Tab
1. Switch to the Candidates tab.
2. Here you’ll see the list of candidates who were invited for interviews, along with:
- Candidate Name
- Overall Score
- Phone Number
- Status
- Interview Date & Status
- Attended Status
3. On the right-hand side, you’ll find an Actions menu for each candidate.
Step 4: Generate the Candidate Report
1. Click on Actions .
2. You’ll see the option Generate Performance Report.
3. Click on it and wait a few seconds while the system generates the report.
4. Once generated:
- The Candidate’s Status and Overall Score will be updated.
- The Actions menu will now display View Candidate Report.
Step 5: View the Candidate Report
Click on View Candidate Report to open the full report. It includes:
