Getting Started with Litmustest.ai : A Step-by-Step Guide

Managing interviews shouldn’t be complicated. With our platform, you can easily register, create jobs, and schedule interviews in just a few clicks. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the entire process.


Step 1: Access Your Profile

A. Login (For Existing Users)

1. Go to the Login page.

2. Enter your registered Email and Password.

3. Click Login to access your Profile Dashboard.

Tip: If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password option to reset it.

B. Sign Up (For New Users)

1. On the login page, click Create New .

2. Fill in your details (Name, Email, Password).

3. Verify your email (if required).

4. Log in using your new credentials to access the Profile Dashboard.

Step 2: Create a Workspace (Important!)

Before you can create jobs or schedule interviews, you’ll need a Workspace.

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Workspaces section inside the settings tab.

2. Click on Create Workspace.

3. Enter workspace details (Workspace Name , Logo etc.).

4. Submit the form.

⚠️ Important: Jobs and Interviews cannot be created without a Workspace.

Step 3: Create a Job

With your Workspace ready, you can now create jobs.

Steps:

1. Go to the Jobs section.

2. Click on Create New Job (top-right corner).

3. A stepper form will open with multiple stages:

Step 1: Job Details → Enter Job Title, Description, Skills, Rounds, etc.

Step 2: Add Questions → Add interview questions manually or let AI suggest questions.

Step 3: Review Summary → Review all job information and questions.

4. Once everything looks correct, click Submit to create the job.

Your job will now appear in the Job Listings section.

Step 4: Schedule an Interview

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Interviews section.

2. Click on Schedule Interview (top-right corner).

3. Fill in:

- Job Title

- Candidate Details ( Emails )

- Date & Time of Interview

- Round Details

4. Submit the form.

5. A unique interview link will be generated.

6. You Can Copy and share the link with the candidate.
