How to Schedule Interviews in Litmustest.ai

After creating jobs in your workspace, the next step is to schedule interviews with candidates. Interviews are tied to specific job profiles and rounds, and once scheduled, each interview generates a unique interview link to share with candidates.


Step 1: Access the Interviews Section

1. From your profile, go to your Interviews tab

2. Here, you’ll see:

- Interview Cards → Each card shows interview details like candidate, job profile, round, status, and time.

- No Interviews View → If you haven’t scheduled any interviews yet, you’ll see a placeholder message.

Step 2: Create a New Interview

1. Click on the Schedule New Interview button at the top-right corner.

2. A scheduling form will open with the following fields:

2.1 Select Job Profile

- Choose from all active jobs in your workspace.

- Only jobs that are currently active (not archived or draft) will appear in the dropdown.

2.2 Select Round Type

- Based on the selected job profile, all associated rounds will appear.

- Choose the round for which the interview will be conducted.

2.3 Interview Duration

- The duration auto-fills based on the number of questions generated for that round.

- You can adjust if necessary.

2.4 Language

- Select the language for the interview session.

2.5 Time Zone & Schedule

- Choose the time zone to match candidate availability.

- Select the date and time for the interview.

2.6 Candidate Email

- Enter the candidate’s email ID.

- This is where the invitation link will be sent.

Step 3: Submit and Generate Interview Link

1. After filling out all fields, click Submit.

2. The system will:

- Generate a unique interview link for that candidate.

- You Can Copy the Interview Link and Share.

Step 4: Manage Scheduled Interviews

In the Interviews tab, each scheduled interview is displayed with its status:

1. Upcoming → Scheduled but not yet started.

2. Ongoing → Currently live.

3. Completed → Interview is finished.

4. Cancelled → Interview has been called off.

For Upcoming interviews, you can:

- Edit → Update details like time, language, or candidate email.

- Cancel → Cancel the interview; status will update to Cancelled.
