LitmusTest.ai provides an AI-powered interview automation platform for structured candidate assessments, resume matching, and evidence-based hiring reports. The Service is provided on a subscription or pilot basis as agreed with your organization.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring lawful use of the Service, and complying with applicable employment and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Candidate data is processed in accordance with our security and compliance practices described on our Security page.
5. Intellectual Property
LitmusTest.ai and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, algorithms, evaluation frameworks, and branding. You retain ownership of your organization's job data and candidate content uploaded to the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." LitmusTest.ai does not guarantee specific hiring outcomes. AI-assisted assessments supplement — not replace — human hiring judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
